In 2021 Lions and Rabbits Center for the Arts spearheaded a massive art installation in all of the pandemic related outdoor spaces. Concrete barricades had been installed in the streets of Grand Rapids to create safe social spaces outside of restaurants and bars. Lions and Rabbits commissioned local artists to paint the interiors of these spaces and they look amazing.

I was asked to create stencils for each of the 4 neighborhoods the barricades were in, Downtown, Heartside, Bridge St., and Monroe North. I also created matching stencils "welcome" and "bienvenidos" for each location. All the painting was done by the great people at Lions and Rabbits.
